Speech Language Pathology
Jennifer is a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) registered with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO). She is also a member of the Ontario Association of Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists (OSLA). Jennifer has provided speech and language services to children in Peel Region schools, the community, and via virtual care for just over 12 years. She is passionate about supporting children and families and ensures that her services are rooted in evidence-based practice and research. Jennifer has significant experience providing services to clients of diverse backgrounds, as well as clients with various communication challenges including English Language Learners (ELL), developmental delay, hearing impairment, motor-speech impairment, vocal misuse, craniofacial anomaly, learning disability, developmental disability, motor vehicle accident, anxiety, and medically fragile children. Within the school setting, she has served as a valued member of interdisciplinary support services teams working alongside educators, administrators, psychologists, social workers, and child and youth workers. Jennifer believes in a therapy approach that is family centered and holistic. She values the unique perspectives of family members and professionals and acknowledges the important role they play in the therapy process.
