As a Speech Language Pathologist at Developing Hands Pediatric and Family Services, the successful candidate will be responsible for administering clinical formal and informal assessments and implementing treatment plans for infants, children and adolescents (ages 0-18) with a variety of diagnoses, while adhering to the policies and procedures of the company. Services can be offered In-Home/Schools/Daycare (across the GTA), In-Clinic (two clinic locations in Mississauga) and or Virtually (all across Ontario).
Provide SLP assessment and intervention for children who present with a broad range of speech and language concerns including articulation, fluency, language development, motor speech etc.
Manage an assigned caseload and contribute to the quality of care to clients through adherence to the professional standards of the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists.
Support client families by providing individual and group training and resources to parents that will support the development of feeding skills at home.
Maintain regular contact with client families and keep them informed of treatment plans.
Master's degree in Speech And Language Pathology
Two years of clinical experience working with children an asset
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Well-developed clinical skills
Registration with the College of Audiologists and Speech Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO)
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team setting
Strong Organizational Skills
