Communicative Disorders Assistant
Brittney is a passionate Communicative Disorders Assistant who obtained her honours graduate certificate from Durham College. She also holds an honours bachelor’s in psychology from the
University of Guelph. Since graduating Brittney has been able to gain experience in communicative rehabilitation with children and adults with varying needs. Focusing on language, articulation, social, motor, and fluency goals.
Brittney maintains a client centered approach and implements play based learning throughout her therapy sessions. While working in tandem with her clients and their families to achieve their mutual goal of improved communication, autonomy, and self-advocacy.
