Alina has gained diverse clinical experience in pediatric, community mental health, and rehabilitation settings. Most recently, she completed her final two clinical placements in private pediatric clinics, where she worked with children aged birth to 18. She has supported skill development in areas such as fine and gross motor coordination, activities of daily living (ADLs), sensory processing, feeding, regulation, and social-emotional learning. With a strong passion for mental health, she has also supported children and youth in building coping strategies, resilience, and self-regulation skills. Alina has experience using evidence-based curriculums such as the Zones of Regulation and completed her Master’s evidence-based project evaluating a social-emotional learning program for children. In addition to her clinical training, she has volunteer experience supporting children in literacy, recreation, and community programs.
Alina is committed to providing family-centered, play-based therapy that empowers children to build confidence, independence, and meaningful skills for everyday life. She is dedicated to ongoing learning and will continue to pursue further education and training relevant to her practice. Outside of work, Alina enjoys reading, being active, spending time outdoors, and spending time with friends and family.
